In All Ways&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font&gt;, Dr. Aikyna&amp;nbsp;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font&gt;Finch&lt;/font&gt;&lt;font&gt;&amp;nbsp;reframes belonging as a measurable, behavioral outcome in professional coaching. Recruiters leverage them on their Career pages and generate interview questions based on how people will fit within those Core Values. New employees learn about how important the Core Values are on Day 1 of orientation. Existing employees are evaluated on how well they have demonstrated Core Values during performance review cycles. And yet, despite the focus on them, Core Values are often unenforced. When challenged through the way people treat each other at work, Core Values are treated as aspirational rather than the way a business is expected to operate daily. Mixed messaging would be an understatement.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" style="font-size: 16px;"&gt;In our session together, we will discuss company Core Values and the human impact they have today vs. how powerful they can be when built authentically. As coaches, we experience how business culture impacts our clients, whether they are frontline employees or executive leaders. If Core Values work, why are they not providing our clients with a more fulfilling work experience? By tapping into the human side of what we do as coaches, we can help people, teams, and entire companies embrace their real Core Values, not the ones that were built to check a box.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
