Belonging. Always, in All Ways!

Belonging is often discussed as a value. Rarely is it treated as infrastructure. In Belonging. Always. In All Ways, Dr. Aikyna Finch reframes belonging as a measurable, behavioral outcome in professional coaching. Moving beyond surface-level inclusion, this keynote explores how identity, power, culture, and systems influence coaching dynamics at every stage of the relationship. Through the A.L.W.A.Y.S. Framework, participants will learn to embed belonging into discovery, presence, goal-setting, accountability, and repair. This session challenges coaches to move from intention to integration, from neutrality to awareness, from performance coaching to human-centered transformation. Participants will leave with a strategic lens and practical tools to create coaching environments where clients feel accurately seen, deeply heard, and empowered to take aligned action. Always. Dr. Aikyna Finch, PCC is a passionate DEIB leader, educator, and strategist committed to creating inclusive spaces where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. As the Vice President of DEIB for the International Coaching Federation (ICF), she leads global initiatives that champion equity and belonging. With a Doctorate of Management and advanced degrees in technology and marketing, Dr. Finch merges data-driven strategy with human-centered leadership. She is also a TEDx speaker, author, and certified coach. Through her voice, vision, and advocacy, Dr. Finch empowers individuals and organizations to transform DEIB from intention into impactful, lasting action.

"Authentic Core Values that Positively Change Lives"

Core Values are common in most companies. Recruiters leverage them on their Career pages and generate interview questions based on how people will fit within those Core Values. New employees learn about how important the Core Values are on Day 1 of orientation. Existing employees are evaluated on how well they have demonstrated Core Values during performance review cycles. And yet, despite the focus on them, Core Values are often unenforced. When challenged through the way people treat each other at work, Core Values are treated as aspirational rather than the way a business is expected to operate daily. Mixed messaging would be an understatement.

In our session together, we will discuss company Core Values and the human impact they have today vs. how powerful they can be when built authentically. As coaches, we experience how business culture impacts our clients, whether they are frontline employees or executive leaders. If Core Values work, why are they not providing our clients with a more fulfilling work experience? By tapping into the human side of what we do as coaches, we can help people, teams, and entire companies embrace their real Core Values, not the ones that were built to check a box.

Our Speaker

Chris Jimenez began his career in corporate HR leadership, helping organizations grow and scale, but found himself wanting more than traditional success. Through years of coaching youth hockey and mentoring leaders, he discovered his true calling: helping people bridge the gap between professional performance and personal purpose. Today, Chris works as a career and executive coach, supporting boards, businesses, brands, and individuals to lead with confidence, clarity, and alignment - building lives and careers rooted in meaning, not just momentum.
