Bridging the Gap: Speaking Your Client’s Language

As skilled ICF coaches, you know how effective coaching can be. But explaining it to potential clients in a clear and relatable way can be tricky. In this session, Jamie Tozzi will share her experience transitioning from corporate leadership at Microsoft to coaching and offer practical tips on how to talk about your coaching in a way that makes sense to clients. You’ll learn how to avoid confusing industry language and instead highlight the benefits of your coaching, making it easier to attract new clients and set the stage for successful coaching relationships.

Jamie Tozzi is a professional coach and speaker passionate about helping high-potential leaders and executives develop the transformational leadership and communications skills critical to achieving results in today’s complex business climate.
